We supply vetted hostesses, registration and VIP hospitality staff, exhibition teams, promoters, brand ambassadors, hosts and emcees for corporate and private events.
Two offices, one booking desk: Singapore at 6 Battery Road and Dubai on WhatsApp. From there we staff events in 12 countries, with city pages for more than 250 locations across the Gulf, the UK and Southeast Asia.
We place people at events. A registration desk for 800 delegates at Marina Bay Sands, six bilingual booth hostesses at GITEX Global, a promotional team for a mall activation in Kuala Lumpur, an emcee for a product launch in Riyadh, or two VIP hosts for a private dinner in London. You tell us the date, the venue and the roles. We send photos, profiles and a per-person day rate, then brief and manage the team on the day.

Every hostess on our books has been through the same five steps before she is offered to a client:
If someone falls ill, we replace them from the same pool, usually before the shift starts. Clients who book regularly can ask for the same people each time.
In Singapore most of our hostesses speak English and Mandarin, with Malay, Tamil, Japanese and Korean available. In Dubai the core is English and Arabic, with Russian, French, Hindi, Urdu and Tagalog on request. For international delegations we build teams around the guest list rather than the other way round.
Countries we staff: Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, United Kingdom, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia and Hong Kong. Each country page lists the cities and regions we cover.
Day rate per person, transport and uniform costs listed separately, one invoice after the event. No agency fee hidden in the rate.
Hostesses live in the city they work in, know the venues and hold the right permits. Travelling teams are used only for regional roadshows.
Bookings of six or more come with a team leader who handles rotas, breaks and uniforms and is your single contact on the day.
A shortlist with photos and rates usually within a working day, and a WhatsApp line that is answered in the evening during exhibition season.
