    What to Put in Your Brief

    The more of this you send, the faster the quote. A WhatsApp message with these seven lines is enough for us to reply with a shortlist and rates, usually within a working day.

    1. Event date or dates, and the hours per day (call time to release).
    2. Venue and city (for example DWTC Hall 4, Dubai, or Suntec Level 3, Singapore).
    3. Roles: registration, booth hostess, promoter, brand ambassador, VIP host, emcee or model.
    4. Headcount per role, and whether you want a team leader.
    5. Languages your guests speak.
    6. Dress code: your uniform, our black suit standard, or something specific.
    7. Anything the team must know: the product, the guest list, badge rules, security clearance.

    Response Times and Offices

    Dubai answers Gulf enquiries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman) and the United Kingdom. Singapore answers Southeast Asia and Hong Kong. Both lines are checked seven days a week; during GITEX, Arab Health and the Singapore Airshow we also answer in the evening. For bookings of ten or more people, or events less than 72 hours away, send a WhatsApp message rather than the form.
